Listening to the Audio Guide

How do I listen to the walks?

Once you have loaded the walk onto your MP3 player it's very simple.

  • Track 1 tells you how the walk works
  • Track 2 tells you how to get to the start
  • Track 3 begins at the starting point and your guide tells you about the sights around you.
  • Each of the tracks begins with very simple directions to the next place. You then press pause while you walk to the place.
  • You press play when you arrive and we will tell you about what you can see around you and so on for each chapter...
  • At the end of the walk we give you directions back to where we started the walk.

If you happen to lose your way then go to the beginning of a track and you will be given the name of the stopping place with clear directions to it.

How do I listen to the guides?

Once you have loaded the guide onto your MP3 player you will see that it is divided into tracks with short titles telling you what they are about. You can choose which one you want to listen to, click on it and then listen just like any song or tune on your MP3.

Can I listen to the walk on my mobile telephone?

Yes on some models but you will have to check with your mobile phone supplier or operator.

Doing the walks

Does my Audio Guide come with a map?
